HSMP Band

I am planning for HSMP ASAP. Could you please let me know under which Band I will come for previous earnings category.

I had been to UK in last 12 months thru my Indian employer and my salary is paid in India and allowance is paid in UK. Now my question is whether I come in UK band or India Band?

Please help anybody.
