I am making an ILR application with UKBA end of this week using postal service.
I am submitting the following documents and would like to seek your advice/comments if I have missed anything;
1. SET (O) Application Form – using single form for Main Applicant + 3 Dependants
2. Passport + BRP (for all of us)
3. Photos (for all of us with respective names mentioned at the back)
4. Employer’s letters
5. Salary slips – 6 months (I think even 3 months world have been fine)
6. Bank Statements – 6 months (Again, 3 months would have been fine)
7. Life in the UK Test Pass Certificate – myself & spouse
8. Knowledge of English Language proof – myself and spouse
9. Cohabitation proof (3 documents addressed to myself and spouse; 3 documents addressed to myself only and 4 documents addressed to spouse only – these all will cover 2 year-period from the Tier 2 extension in 2012)
10. Marriage Certificate
11. Birth Certificates of children though they are not born in the UK
I am sending the copies of all these documents.
