source of funds for tier 1 enterpreneur

My visa been recetly rejected for tier 1 enterpreneur. i have appealed and my lawyer is asking me to make ready the statutory declarations for the money shown in my account . it is impossible to make them and also HO did not refuse the visa with that reason .so do i have to make the documents . also anyone knows what questions will be asked in court by the judge and the HO lawyer???

visa was refused due to lack of evidence of ::: business is trading; you are the director of the company; and evidence of advertising and marketing material,
but we did submit all the evidence,
i have hearing in april and do not know what qustions will be asked and if decision will be in my favour
