Applying at PEO office

Post by nannieg » Sat Mar 01, 2014 9:22 pm

Hi,
Hope someone can answer quick question. Just been looking at Visa premium service centres on GOV.UK webiste, updated on 26th Feb 2014. Under "When you can't use a premium service centre" one of the reasons is:
a parent of a child who’s settled in the UK.

If sponsor is a British Citizen, has 2 children who are also British Citizens (applicant is their father) can he apply in person?

Then he can apply at PEO in person as his application is not based on a Settled / British Child but marriage to a British spouse.
