applying ILR but confused about exit dates/days

Hi there, i am applying for ILR but confuse about the dates and days. For example i left the england on 11-02-2014 but reached at home country at next day on 12-02-2014, entry stamp on my passport is 12-02-14, which date should i mention in the application form 11th or 12 february 2014. Because ukba doesn't stamp on exit the country. Help needed.

If this is for absence calculation, you don't count the days you departed and arrived from/to the UK. You only count whole days absent.
