Entrepreneur visa work

Hi
I have got business visa as a team I have two questions
1 my partner wants to carry on his job so what are consequences or what should he do to stay away from problem.
2 I want to send my daughter back he is my dependent how long she can stay in our home country is there any restrictions on staying outside uk
Please help me on these points thanks in advance.

ur partner can not do job on this visa, it will count as illegal working(if caught big problem for him). however, if he can manage to work through his limited company, i.e issue invoice and employer(client) pay in his company account then it will be legal.
no restrictions for depedent to stay outside uk.
