Applying for ILR - with Expired Passport?

Post by sma123 » Mon Mar 10, 2014 3:14 pm

Hi,

I will be applying for the ILR next week, however my passport is expired at the moment. Will this affect the application even though everything has moved onto biometrics now?

Even though your "visa" is now bio-metric card, you still need a valid passport (IMHO).
I am not an immigration adviser...All IMHO.
