Change in circumstances

Post by sachhi » Wed May 30, 2007 3:49 pm

hi,

i am a new user of this site and i really could do with some advice.

I came to UK approx. 5yrs back on spouse visa following which i got my HSMP and my spouse got a dependent visa on that basis. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we had to seperate and i am concerned if that might affect my spouse's visa status.

My hsmp is valid for the next three years but would that mean my spouse can be a legal resident till that time.

Could someone throw some light on what happens to dependents in case circumstances change.

sachhi
