ILR APLICATION FORGET TO DECLARE CONVICTION

Hi
I just made application last week for ilr but unfortunately i forgot to declare my conviction which i got on july 2012 for tfl fare evading i get fine from court on july 2011

As i made my application last week can i call them and ask them to declare my conviction or is there any chance to send it new form please any idea i dont know what to do?

Write to them and declare it.
