HO don't pick the ph 03001232241 for last 1 week why?

Hello,
As I have applied on 28/12/2013 Bio done09/01/2014 ,my lawyer received an email for me to submit additional docs within 7 days. Email came on 20/02/2014 and we submitted requested docs on 25/02/2014.

After that I have been called many times to HO and heard file is in process. But for last one week the phone no 03001232241 and press 2 only one recorded tape "all our officers are busy plz call later " and call hanged up.

Now my question is I have email I'd of my caseworker can I email and find out the status? My lawyer said no need wait they will come back one day and all ...

Plz plz advice me and oblige.

same as me, try option 3 and dont hangup, nearly 12 or 15 min later your call will get connected,

I know I have tried option 3 as well but no point the same recorded tape and in 1 sec phone hanged up...really confused and frustrated..what is your time line my frd?

When you call to them try again, and again, and again(Continually and Continuously) ,after 5 or 6 times i am sure you will contact............. 03001232241 and press 2

Applied on 29th Jan

biometric done on 13th feb

on 13th march, letter from HO saying will take more than 8 weeks for decision.

on 22nd March email from HO saying decision has been made,

when i actually called to HO, they are saying your application not yet decided,
