Tier 2 ICT - ILR in-person applicaton

Post by royalrahul24 » Thu Mar 27, 2014 5:04 pm

Dear Gurus,

First of all, a big 'Hi' to everyone as this is my first day here

I've been in the UK since Mar 2009 on Tier 2 ICT and I would like to apply for ILR. I've booked a premium service for the third week of April however, I've a few doubts about my visa application now and I'm hoping that you would be able to help me:

1. When I booked for premium service online, I made the payment using my credit card. When I fill in the SET(O) application, am I okay to leave the payment page blank?

2. If the application is updated and fee is hiked between today and my appointment (17th April), would I need to bring the new application format (and additional fee) when I appear for in-person interview at Birmingham? or the current application form would still be valid in my case since I made my booking this week?

3. UKBA claim that the decision would be made on the same day, is this true? I'm planning to make some travel arrangements based on your input.

Once again thanks a lot to everyone; please feel free to re-direct me to the correct forum topic in case I've mistakenly chosen a wrong section

Regards,
Rahul

1. Show world pay receipt.

2. Same application form can be used but you'll need to pay correct fee.

3. Yes providing there are no issues.

Even though decission will be made on the same provided there are no issues , You will only recieve the BRP later within a week or two ( dont know the maximum),with your application you will submitt the current BRP, which means you will have to wait until you get the BRP for travel
