ILR WITH CCJ

I am due to apply for ILR after six years of discretionary leave next month.

I have two questions to ask. I have two CCJs from the water board. this was due to non payment of the water bill. will the CCJ affect my application for ILR?

Also can i do a premium service for leave to remain after completing six years of discretionary leave.

My immigration history: i was given discretionary leave to remain under human rights law of rights to family life.
I have two children who are both british as their father is british
i have now completed six years of discretionary leave.

Any help will be much appreciated.

They'll need declaring but shouldn't have any bearing, I'm assuming you've made a payment plan.
