MN1 form for South African Minor

Post by UKLXAC » Thu Apr 03, 2014 2:00 pm

Hi

I have been told I need to complete a MN1 Form for my four year old who received IDLR with myself and my husband in June 2010
We will be submitting his application with our JOINT application using AN forms - so in light of this how do I complete section 3.1-3.3

Because both parents only have IDLR and are applying at same time as his application so how do we respond to which parent provides British decent?

Also how do we fill out payment slip for payment for our adult AN application which is joint - do we fill in one payment form for minor MN1 and one payment form for adults and write both names on it ?

One more question - we achieved our IDLR based on my _ wife being sponsor I had five year work permit but that was four years ago and since I am stay at home mum with 3 kids 4 2 1 ... so I have zero income.
How do I complete employment section - as none of four options are applicable i dont think im self employed ?
Should I be selecting that option - and if im not on PAYE ... am I suppose provide other tax papers with application

Really need advice

Thank you

Section 3 in MN1 is not relevant to your application. Just skip it.

One payment slip for the full amount is OK (if applying in the same envelope together).

If not employed, just put unemployed. Leave the tax questions empty.
