ilr dependant's eligibility for ilr

Hi,
My wife arrived UK in sep 2009 on student visa.she got psw in feb 2011.we got married in march 2012(living together since 21st march 2012) and she became tier1 general dependant in june 2012.i got my ilr in dec 2012(based on 5yrs tier 1 general visa) and she became ilr dependant and got visa till dec 2014.i have the following doubts:
1)whether she can apply for ilr in june 2014( as she will be completing 2 yrs as my dependant in UK)?
2) if yes, which form she has to fill?
3) what docs are required?
Plz help me to clear my doubts..plz do not give me any link to any url to read as I have read so many times but couldn’t get the proper understanding..thnx
