Work Permit

Hello everyone, once again i have another question with regards to my work permit. I have been granted a work permit for 5 years for a managerial post within a company that employs over 250 people (maybe 2000+), for a period of 5 years.

question 1: would i need a new permit for the same employer if i got promoted to a more senior position within the company?

question2: if so, would getting the work permit approved for the new job be enough to continue employement or would i have to apply for a new LTR stamp through a new FRL (IED) application, bearing in mind that the original LTR would have not run out yet?!
