employer letter and train fine

Dear all, I am applying for ilr using set (0) in early May using the same day service. I got 2 questions. One is I paid a train fine few years back never went to court Will that effect. Secondly I was out of country for 176 days on different occasions. I got 2 jobs. I got letter from one which confirms that it was all paid holidays. My other job letters state's six days of unpaid leave on different occasions while I was on holidays outside the country and 8 days while I was inside the country.will that effect.have I broken my continuous residence period? Please urgent help required. The 2nd employer is very unhelp full. Many thanks
