Hi,

My other team member's dependents applied for Tier 1 Entrepreneur Child Visa from Pakistan in October 2013 and were refused as we overlooked an immigration rule. The team member went for appeal and the hearing is due on 30th of April, if the team members dependents win the appeal and get visa then they will travel to UK with expired TB Certificate as it is only valid for 6 months.

The TB certificate was submitted at the time of application and is valid for 6 months so our concern is that if we win the appeal then whether we will need the dependents to go through TB certification again or not ?

Will there be any issue if the dependents enter UK with expired TB certificates ?

Even if i know the answer ... i have this habit of confirming from others..
