ILR: Do you have to add a letter from employer to the form?

Post by Prince1 » Thu Jun 14, 2007 11:08 am

What if you are not able to because your contract is ending or you are starting your own business afterward (for example) ...and you have every other thing...

Any experience of this?... what did the law says....

Thanks in anticipation of your answers.....

The ILR application ... on what basis? You currently have a 2-year spouse visa, or what?

When I applied for my ILR, I was asked to submit a letter from the employer mentioning that my employment is continuing with them

olisun, that is indeed a requirement. So Prince1, you will need to obtain such a letter, or probably find it impossible to get your ILR.

You say the contract is ended. Why? Have you handed in your notice?
