Council Tax issue

Hi
I am on Tier 2 with 2 dependents with no recourse to public funds.About council tax are we not exempted because our visa mentions "no recourse to public funds"?

Do we have to pay full council tax fee or we are somehow exempted for a percentage because of "no public funds"on our visas?

You have to pay full council tax, unless you qualify for a discount (click).

No recourse to public funds means no access to public funds as per the policy (click).
