Tier2 dependent application from India - help

Dear friends,

I have a Tier 2 General visa' from January 2014. I got married in India on 2nd May 2014. I am trying to apply for a dependent visa for my spouse online.

Do I have to select her purpose of immigration as 'Work'. The next thing I have filled after selecting 'Work' is 'General Partner, upto 3 years. Is this correct? I think there was an option saying 'join the family' as well..?

My spouse want to work full time in UK. Are my options correct?

Also, is the CoS generated in December 2013 on which I got my visa still valid? Is the letter of sponsorship for maintenance of funds given to me by my A-rated employer in December 2013 still valid?

Hi,

The type of visa is correct I think. I checked with my friend. he used the same and got the visa.

Im not sure about the COS friend. Sorry.
