Prospective Entrepreneur Visa

I want to know that if you live in Pakistan and wants to apply for prospetive entrepreneur visa which is valid for six month and can switch to Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa, then what are additional doucements require if your plan is to apply for £200K type. I have checked UKBA website and it mentions details about £50K but does not say anything about £200K.

Anyone who knows if we can apply for Prospective entrepreneur visa that can switch to £200K entrepreneur Visa. What additional docuements are required for Prospective Entrepreneur visa and is there any link to UKBA website for more help about it but not with £50K..
