Tier2 general English Requirement

Hello,

I am applying for a Tier2 general Visa. And I have taken a PTE Academic test. Since I did not finish the speaking part (I did not notice there is a time out for the whole section), I got a relatively low score (36) for speaking (the other parts are above 55). According to UKBA, 36 is the minimum for B1. If I understand it right, no matter I get 36 or 90, i can get 10 points in the "Point base calculator" right? Is it necessary to re-take the exam?
