entrepreneur or work permit.

Hello friends
Please help me out I am very confused.
I have psw visa and going to expire in 3 months time I have two options work permit and entrepreneur. I have got a solicitor who will get me COS for work permit and he said the company who is will sponser me it will give release letter so I can work with my current job.

What to do ? Shall I go for work permit or entrepreneurs?

Please help me out.
