how long after biometrics sent would we get the ILR spovisa?

applied for spousal visa ilr set m on 23.04

my wife biometrics received 14.05 after applying for spouse

biometrics sent 15/.5 via post officer,

2-3 days letter biometrics letter received confirming home off have received the biometrics,

now is almost a month and we would like to know what now is the average expected time received the ILR.
