Tier 1 dependent visa - minor

I'm applying for Tier-1 dependent visa for my baby who is now in India. While filling the online form on the visa4uk website (https://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/Applicat ... BehalfOf=Y), there is a section called "Main Applicant".

In this section, the following two fields are marked as mandatory. I'm not sure what to enter since it does not apply for the baby.

1) What is the address where the main applicant works or studies?
(I'm not sure if I can enter N/A in this field)

2) What is the start date of the job or course?
(This field is a date and it does not allow to enter "N/A")


Can someone please clarify? It is very urgent ...
