strange situation

I have recently got approval and now I am seeking switching from student into HSMP. the scenario is that I haven't finished my course yet which I am not intersted anymore after obtaining hsmp. but interstingly I am entitle to switch because I have already finish M.A., prior to the existing course, From UK's university. would that be a problem If I leave my course unfinished and apply for switch straight away or should I stick to the course and finish then apply for HSMP ?(approval valid for 6 month I have got 5 month left for my course completion)

You can switch now,if u dont wanna compelete studies leave it as u said u have MA so its enough for change of status,dont worry abt this course and u can apply now without any hesitation ,bcz u have already fulfilled status change requirement inside uk which is degree level qualification from uk awarding body.
