Please suggest me a date for my ILR

Post by puls » Sun May 18, 2014 10:39 pm

Hello Gurus,

Can you please advice me on my ILR date.

Currently am on tier2 ICT which is valid until 10th NOV14

work permit Visa stamped date : 26/04/2008 Date first landed in UK : 18 may 2008

between 10/05/2009 to 06/01/2010 away from UK for 241 days( working from india)

11/03/2011 to 10/04/2011 paid holiday for 30 days
23/12/2011 27/12/2011 Paris trip 5 days
06/01/2013 19/04/2013 working from India for 104 days.

I have a bachelors degree which is showing 20 points for my degree and 10 points for my english language in PBS calculator(if i choose a option for tier1 form drop down menu).

Senior gurus like amber ,sushdmehta suggest me the date when i can apply my ILR and also is my degree certificate is enough for the proof of KOL.

Thanks in advance

You'll have to work out an application date whereby no absences exceed 180 days per 12 month period.

Amber ,

Period Total Absences ( days )
Year 1 01JUL2014 - 01JUL 2013 0
Year 2 01JUL2013 - 01JUL2012 104
Year 3 01JUL2012 - 01JUL2011 5
Year 4 01JUL 2011 - 01JUL2010 30
Year 5 31JUL2010 - 01JUL2009 159

After calculating the dates if i apply around july end the gap is 159. When i calculate backwards the period between july 2009- jan6 2010( which falls under my first year) i am out of UK will be it fine ?

Can you please suggest.
