Status after application to appeal to UT rejected

My FTT appeal was dismissed on the 31 Mar 2014
I applied to the UTT in time
Rejected appeal to UTT received on 13 May 2014

I want to make a new application, but I dont know if I can (legally)
And when exactly my 3C leave ended? Or if it ended?

if your appeal right is exhausted then section 3c has come to an end. you have 28 days from the day of appeal dismissal to make a new application
