Naturalisation English requirement exemption

HI

I wonder if any one can help me here i have been in uk on discretionary leave to remain for 6 years when i applied on feb 2014 for ilr i had done my life in uk test but was exempt from English requirement and was granted on 14th of may would i still be exempt for naturalisation ?

Based on this, you will need to meet the requirement unless you are over 65 or have physical and mental conditions and proof thereof.
