Hi
Just wonderin if someone is basing his AN application on work permit and Tier1(G) stay and applying for himself. Does he have to send copies of his partner visa and passport?!

Please stop starting new thread with the same questions.

If you are applying in your own right on the basis of 5 years residence you do not need to send spouse documents (assuming spouse is British)
