ILR through long residency eligibility

Post by sanleeds » Sun Jun 08, 2014 6:56 pm

Dear all
This forum is very helpful, great to be a member if this forum
My query is
Entry clearance issued - 27 july 2004
Date of first entry into UK - 08 sep 2004
Can I apply for ILR 28 days before 27 july 2014
or 08 sep 2014
I know there are lot of posts regarding this but still confused
The so called 90 days rule- does it apply to 5 year route to ILR or 10 years as well
In application form there is a question-
When is the date of first entry into UK but no
When was the date the first entry clearance issued?
Any reply would be appreciated
