Claiming benefits on human rights claim on medical grounds

Hi, i am wondering how my boyfriend can claim human rights under medical grounds.. He was rejected for visa in 2013.. He has a mental illness and is at the moment in a pyschatric hospital under care and supervison after attempting suicide, he has had his leg amputated due to the attempt, so is now mentally and physically ill, i need advice on what visa he can claim under, we are unable to get lawyer as cant afford it.. Can anyone give us some advice as cant be sent back to his home country, he has been here for 14 years many thanks

I imagine FLR(FP) would be his best option, I assume he's not got valid stay and that you are British? Additionally, I assume he's got no cultural or family ties to his native Country.

No he has no valid stay after being rejected last year, i am british and he has no ties in home country came over here as a minor 12 yrs of age
