Hello guys. I have been recommended by my friend to take advice from this forum. Apologies if this has been asked before but from the search, I couldn’t find anything.
I am originally from India and living in the UK since 2008. Was married to a UK citizen and was granted indefinite leave to remain in 2011. I got divorced last year.
As arranged marriages are very common in india, I met a girl through my relatives and now getting married this sept this year.
Can you please help me in understanding this.
a) What is the process of applying her entry in the UK? Can I apply from here on her behalf online OR she needs to apply from India?
b) Which form/applications I would need to complete? Any guidance/link with docs etc will be beneficial?
c) Do you think, me having arrange marriage will cause a problem and me getting married in 1 year of my divorce? I have been in touch with her through chat msgs and cards etc?
