ILR after 3 years

hello guys
i have a question if you can help me out,,
i got entrepreneur back in oct 2013.my business is going quite well and i have employed 5 full time ppl (30 hours each/week) .so my question is if i employe them for 2years "will it count the same as 10 ppl for 12 months and can i apply for ILR on that basis after 3 years or not.
please give me your answers.thanks

Yes, that's correct. The rules changed for this route from 6 April 2014 according to the latest policy guidance. Since your visa is from last year, you can claim the equivalence of 5 ppl x 24 months as 10 ppl x 12 months.
