Father and Child passports

Dear,

My husband is a British Citizen and holds valid OCI visa for India and is in India since a 6 months.
Myself and my son have valid ILR and we are also in India.
Can my son apply for British Citizenship from India with fathers supporting documents?
My son is 5 yrs old.

If yes then what is the procedure and what documents will be required.
Where is the office in India(I guess Delhi) and how do I go about this all.

Any one can please advice on my above query.
I have already called up the helpline support (00443002220000 uk 8am to 8pm ) and they mentioned they will revert, but invane.
https://www.gov.uk/overseas-passports

Anyone who had already faced similar issue please advice.
