Hi can anyone tell what the procedure is
If I want to apply just using savings I have
42k in my account and a freind will give me
22k as a gift meaning I will have the required
62.5k also would like to add previously my husbands
Visa was refused due to my employer not paying tax on my earnings would they bring this up if I reapply and will I have to submit everything all over again
Also what will happen after 2.5 year if my
Husband is granted a visa ? Will the Money still have
To be in the account or if I am working at the time will that suffice ?
Will I have to pay tax on these savings ?
And do I have to still show that am working if apply
Like this ?

You will need a letter from the friend stating that this is a gift. I am not sure how that will go down witb ECOs as I have only ever been aware of cash gifts from parents/relatives. You will also have to have this money in an instant access account for 6 months before you apply.

You need to make sure you mention/address this in your supporting letter when you reapply. If you decide to use earnings you will have to update your documents so that they are recent. Have you checked if the tax issue has been corrected?

If you are not working at the renewal stage you will need to ensure you have that amount again for 6 months prior to applying. If you meet the requirement through employment then that's fine.

I would assume so.

No you don't need the information regarding employment if you have the full amount of savings for 6 months.

Hi thanks for reply I don't think i will have to go through this route but it's still an option just incase.
Re tax my employer said he should be able to sort
It out just to make sure what will I need from him a p60
A letter from him to confirm that it was he's fault
In the first place a letter from hmrc to confirm tax is upto date now , anything else?
Also by the time the appeal takes place will they check if I am
Employed at the same place isn't it a case of checking
Up on the payslips I provided I ask because I don't think
I will be working here much longer?
Another question my hours where reduced after
December thus bringing my salary
down from £19k to 15k
This will show up in the corresponding tax statement
But when I submitted my application I declared savings of 28k
Which I still have so will I be able to rely on them Now ?
I never at the time because my Income was 19k
Should I include a covering letter to state this point
And that my hours changed from full time to part time ?
And that my salary is now 15k instead of 19k
Should I just send in payslips alongside this letter just
So them idiots can grasp it better ?
Will this complicate matters ?
Sorry for all the ?????
