Spouse- Indefinate leave to remian.

Hi to all who read this post

I was isssued with a spouse visa in pakistan about 18 months ago. However I stayed in pakistan for about 5-6 weeks after I was issued my visa. I now have about four months before my spousal visa expires. my questions are?

1) Can I apply for indefinate leave to remain?
2) Would I have to apply for further leave to remain and then indefinate leave? the reason being, as when I apply for indefinate leave I would have been in the UK less then two years (me arriving late).

Can you post specific dates please. What is the actual date you first entered the UK using the 2-year spouse visa? And what is the expiry date on that visa?
