Points for partners achievements

Can I claim my 10 points for my wife achivements having following descriptions ?

Qualification : Bacheolar of Arts from University of the Punjab Lahore Pakistan ( 14 years of total education).
Exp : Six years teaching experience to high school classes in a reputed english medium school of Lahore Pakistan.( Exp certificate did not mentioned the exp.is at graduate level job).

In addition I submitted following items to support my claim

Marriage certificate,Child birth certificate (stating her name as mother and my name as father),Joint credit card statement (statement didnot mentioned her name but just card number which was issued in her name),Marraige and honey moon photographs,A registered posted envelope in her name delivered at our combine residential address,Copy of her national identity card ( stating my name as her husband, This was in Urdu and I submitted a translated copy duly attested by Notary public only).

Is this is enough to claim 10 points of partners achievements ? Any expert please comment ?
