Letter confirming of Signatory from Bank

HI Guys
Do we need a letter from bank to confirm that applicant is the signatory of the account for personal and business accounts.
Please advise.

hi,
i think u only need a letter stating you're the signatory for your business bank account. don't think you will need the same for your personal account (provided what your case is, what docs you're submitting and do you hold a cheque book for your personal account). guidance says you'll need either a letter confirming signatory or your business bank statements. choice is yours my friend. :)
