Child born in PAK but now I got ILR do I apply for MN1

Hi every dear

I got ILR on 10year bases. my wife and one child came here in Oct 10 as PBS dependent.
Now I have 2 more kids both born in UK so i can apply for naturalization by using MN1 form but some one told me that I can apply for my elder son as well because he spent 3yrs with me in UK (he was born in PAKISTAN)

My Question is
Is above information is correct ?
Do I apply for naturalization for my elder son born in Pakistan but live with me more than 3yrs?
If I do apply, Do I use MN1 form?

Please i will be very grateful please give me direction I really need guidance

Circumstance of the two children born here is straight forward under Section 1(3) of the 1981 act.

Circumstance of the older son will be in accordance with 3(1), which is discretionary. You will need to make submission as to why his future lies in the UK, and why he should be registered.

It may help if your register him at the same time as your naturalisation, and the registration of the other children under Section 1(3).

I got ILR in Feb 2014 but my wife and kids visa going to expire as PBS dependent in Oct 2014. I think i can not do naturalization at same time. But I can apply for all kids (3 of them ) same time.
Do I need any paper proof for " why his future lies in uk " or for registration ?
or only covering letter will help. Please help me if you have any idea regarding special wording / letter or any case ref?
