Documents needed for LTD Company Director

Hi, ....until now I was employed and was paying TAX & NI through PAYE.....but in May 2014 i left the job ............now in August 2014 I had open a LTD company and I am the Director....i am not register as self-employed.

Can someone please let me know....what documents do i need to submit during Naturalization in December 2014.
I don't have any self-assessment statement of accounts.....because companies accounts will be filled next year in August 2015.

I just have :
1. Company Incorporation certificate
2. UTR
3. previous P60 for 2013-2014 April from last employer.

I was not able to find proper information...if someone could help me please....Thanks

can some one let me know..any idea ? wht to do in such situation .........i am not able to find satisfactory answer to this
