Salary Paid in two Countries

Hi

I want to apply for HSMP. Right now I've come to UK on a project from Indian company. I am getting paid in UK and partly in India as well. I have both the salary slips (UK & India). Can I convert my Indian salary into pounds and then add it to UK salary to arrive at the annual figure? How do I mention this in the HSMP application.
