Civil Partner - SET(M) - ILR- Questions

Post by bsvs » Thu Sep 04, 2014 10:47 am

Hi all,
My current FLR(M) expires in end of JAn 2015, and Im trying to gather documents and have a look at the form.
I have a few questions regarding documents and accomodation.

1)We dont have any bills in our names, we live in a flat with the landlord and all our bills are inclusive. Is this ok? Could we get our landlord to write us a letter saying we both live here and he could give us a copy of his utility bill.

2)We only have 1 joint bank account, and thats the only joint document in our names. The rest are in our separate names, does that mean that we need to provide 6 documents each in our name addressed to our address?
Below is my documents
a) bank statements - 24 months
b) natwest credit card statement - 24 months
c) capital one credit card statement - 20months
d) electoral poll card
e) hmrc lettter which has my address on it
f) dvla provisional license letter
g) mobile phone statements - 24months
h) nhs letter with my my nhs number on it
i) payslips - 24months
j) travel insurance letter

Below is my partners document list
a) bank statement - 24 months
b) credit card statement - 24months
c) isa saving statement - 12 months
d) savings statement - 24 months
e) dvla license letter
f) car insurance letter
g)payslips -24 months
h) electoral poll card

Please advise if the above documents are ok?
I am also planning on doing the same day service, will the fact we dont have joint bills and no utility bills in our name hinder the application form?
Any help would be appreciated.

thanks

Yes the above should be fine.

6 addressed in both names, or 6 each for different names.
