Family visit visa

L, I hope you are doing well. I just need little advice from you . My partner would like to invite his parents here. My mother in law is a retired teacher and my father in law is a retired telecom engineer in Saudia. They both will be financially responsible for their trip To uk as they have all the funding and pension. I just need to know which documents we need to provide the application and what to write in the invitation letter.
