can i go with my EEA national partner to UK?

HI,

I'm a 5th year Medical student in China, i'm from Somalia.

I'm married to an EEA national i met at university, we are legally married in China and she is pregnant now. I was wondering if i can apply for visa to UK since i'm married to an EEA national i mean if i can go with her to UK, or does she have to be in UK to apply for me to visit her there?
we read some information online and we didn't find anything that says we can simply go together for a just a visit, most of the stuff we read says that she has to be working and registered in a house in UK, but i just wanna know if i can get tourist visa or general visitor visa under the fact that i'm married to an EEA national.
