New Application after refusal

My application for Tier 1 ent. was refused
Reasons
-Advertisment Material not acceptable.
I submitted a Yell advert printout but it failed to capture the services and date the advert came live.
I also submitted my website printout showing services, address, business contact and phone numbers.
but I didnt submit any document to show the date the wesite was lunched.- though it was deployed on july 2
but the caseworker dissmised my advert material stating they are not acceptable.

I am now resubmitting a new application

with printouts of my website showing - services, contact details, and the date it was deployed.
also I am including a new set of handbills and flyers to accompany these
every other document is still valid including my MTNCE and INVST fund. and Contracts all within a month.

My fears

- will Home Office accept my website as advertisment before 11, because its the only document that has been deployed before the 11th of July.

will my flyers and comp. cards be acceptable?

Particularly- is webpage printout acceptable as evidence of advert if it shows every detail requied in the advert guidelines

I need help ASAP.

"Advertising material not acceptable" WHY? Was just one sentence you received for the refusal? What is your route and timeline?
You may want to consider appealing first, if unsuccessful at appeal then you submit fresh application. Any advert pre 11th July should be fine. If the reason for submitting a fresh application is to show the date of the website deployment, then why not appeal first and argue based on evidential flexibility, why HO didn't request additional information i.e date of deployment if advert was the only reason for your refusal. Unless it says on the policy guidance categorically to include date of website deployment, if it doesnot then it's HO discretion to request further document since the visa refusal/grant depended on it(evidential flexibility)you have a chance for appeal before reapplying. It's up to you! Goodluck

I am switching from PSW

my website was deployed on june 2nd
I sent the following materials as advert material
- Printout of my website all pages showing - services, contact details - owner details - contact address.
- A yell advert showing - Coy name- Phone number - address
My reason for not applying was because
- My contracts were dated 7 and 10 July If I appeal I will need a new set of contracts if the apeal decision comes in later than 10 of October and it was turned down. I wont be able to make any new application.

this is what I think my flaw is
- Website print out was not accepted as advert material, and the yell advert didnt meet the minimum requirement. (yell advert was on the 12 of july but I was relying on my webpage printout)
so it was stated in the refusal that- my advert didnt show services and date which they came live as such the advert material was not acceptable

" the reason for this ( refusal) is that the advertisment did not show the services you are conducting and did not show the date which the advert came live"

my big question is? can my website printout be sufficient as it was deployed brfore June 11, and i have business cards and flyers meeting the required details.(advsertisment)
