Urgent Seniors Help needed please help me

Hi Seniors

Can u please help me. I have applied for my 2nd application and I been call for an interview again for my second application. I still have 50k in my account and valid contracts. My visa expired last year.

My question is can i withdraw my secnd application and go for Tier 2 because I have an job offer also. Can any one suggest me asap. I am bit worried what I can do. Please help me seniors. My dad was in hsopital in India and I need to sort out my visa asap so i can go back for few days.
