FLR Query: Urgent

I got inital approval for HSMP.
Now i am planning to apply for FLR as i am in UK on workpermit.

I have got offer from new employer and i resigned from my old company.
They kept my WP for another month but i am here on Loss Of Pay(They are not paying me anything).

As i need to mention my Employer Name and salary details in FLR form but i am not getting any salary from my current employer.

Can you please assist me in my case? what should i mention in FLR form and in covering letter?

As my wife is also working on dependent Work Permit here do i mention her funds in covering letter too?
