Do we need to fill Payment section of SET(O)

Hi All,
These days we need to pay full amount while taking appointment for ILR
So do we need to fill payment section first in SET(O) form?
Or just keep it blank

leave it blank

Keep PDF payment sheet and appointment email confirmation along with other documents on the day of appointment.
