Settlement Application queries

A quick qn:

My wife is applying for Settlement visa with kids from India,

During online application few queries popping up

1) Are you travelling with anyone

I entered kids name and there is again a query if they hold the visa, So I entered "NO"

is that correct,

I understand this is correct because they don't have the visa at the time of applying visa.

That's correct. Do the children hold Indian nationality? If so, have you included them in the financial earnings calculation?

2) How long did you intend to stay in UK

- What do we need to enter here - Settlement or Life Long?

Sorry guys, I will be asking few queries, Please don't mind if its repeated.

My Wife been in UK before, Chennai India has issued the visa

Now under issuing authority, What shall put in?

Its strange:

There is question in sponsor section

what is their relationship to you

In the drop down menu there is no WIFE or HUSBAND listed.

So I selected other relative - Is it okay.

Please guys your help is most needed,
I know its a silly questions but as you know human needs help at all stages.
